And the TOBY Award Goes To... - 02/2010
Recognized by BOMA Miami-Dade for their excellence in building management, this year's Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award recipients include CSI clients -- 701 and 703 Waterford Way, two mid-rise buildings located in Miami, Florida.

Both Hogan Group properties managed by property manager Idanis Miyares, these identical 10-story, Class A buildings
boast 247,000 rentable square feet and The exterior of the building is clad in light rose-colored precast panels with an exposed stone finish and excellent views of Miami International Airport and the surrounding Miami metropolitan area.

Additionally, CSI is proud to congratulate another building, 999 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, for being awarded the BOMA Broward and the Palm Beaches Building of the Year for Suburban Office Park Low Rise.

CSI Client Earns Leed-Certificied Rating - 02/2010
CSI International, Inc. is pleased to announce the LEED-EB certification of 280 Plaza in Columbus, Ohio.  "280 Plaza is now a LEED-EB certified building, thanks to you for your contribution. We would have not been able to do it without you," said CB Richard Ellis Senior Real Estate Manager Gary Calliari, in an e-mail to members of CSI's management team. Calliari credits no one person at CSI for helping his property attain this "unbelievable achievement," but notes this success was the result of efforts from "the entire team at CSI."

CSI Client Elligible for LEED-EB Certification - 01/2010
As a result of CSI's hard work and diligence in developing and implementing our Green Cleaning Program for several PECO buildings in Pheonixville, Warminster and Berwyn, PA, the locations are now eligible to submit for all points available for a Green Cleaning Program in the LEED-EB (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings) certification system. LEED-EB maximizes operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts.

CSI Enrolls in the Community College of Philadelphia - 11/2009
In November 2009, CSI was awarded a three-year agreement for the campus of the Community College of Philadelphia to provide night janitorial services.  The Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in the city. Since 1965, over 500,000 students have come to the College seeking associate's degrees, certificates, improved workplace skills and lifelong learning.  The College offers over 70 degree and certificate programs in art, science, business, technology and liberal arts. 

The Community College of Philadelphia, along with Cabrini College and Moore College of Art, is now one of three colleges/universities in the Philadelphia area for which CSI International is providing janitorial services.

CSI Client Wins Prestigious Building of the Year Award
CSI client Portfolio Property Management Global, LLC's Yamato Office Center property in Boca Raton has been recognized by Suburban Low Rise Office Park Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for 2009 from the local chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches.  TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management.  Buildings are judged across several categories including physical presentation of the building, energy conservation, building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.

In March 2009 CSI added another notch to its WIN record.  CSI has been awarded a Custodial Services Agreement with CB Richard Ellis for the CBRE managed facility (257,000 sq ft) at 445 Hutchinson Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.  CSI continues to build upon its brand of Service-Support-Quality and has earned the reputation as the premier building services provider in the Columbus market.
