CSI along with our strategic IT partner keeps the system running smoothly; we do the programming, we do the system setup, we do the system backups and we maintain the off-site processing facility.
You don't buy the EYE ON SERVICE system, you subscribe to it. So, there's no big capital expense. All of this for a cost-effective monthly management fee that can be included as a line item on your monthly invoice.
Because the system is Web-based, our Service Management team, your Property Manager, Corporate Staff, off site vendors and your tenants, if you desire, are always connected. With PCs, laptops, cell phones and PDAs, access to the CSI Building Services Management System (BSMS) is available virtually everywhere: hotels, cafes and at home. CSI’s BSMS is an integrated work order software system that can automatically send acknowledgements of each service request, notices of assignment, current status and completion of the work, resulting in enhanced levels of service to your facilities and tenants.
