Employment Inquiries

Upon notification of new contract award, CSI provides employees and management of the present contractor applications for employment. In the event members of the current staff are not recommended for retention or an individual lacks the proper qualifications, we'll fill those vacancies with existing CSI managers/associates from our existing labor pool or recruit replacements.

Our recruitment goal is to match the right people with the environment and culture of our clients. Because the service profession is not for everyone, we focus our efforts on selecting people who show an aptitude for customer service; a willingness to learn and a motivation to do their best while taking responsibility for their actions.

In hiring new employees, ideally, the larger the pool of applicants, the better the opportunity to find a good match. To support our efforts, we canvas the local community and employment offices and place ads in local area newspapers, community and church bulletin boards and radio stations. 

In the end, regardless how the candidate comes to us, we only select those who meet the profile of skills and attitude to be a successful member of the CSI service team.
